Ca'del Bosco Franciacorta Chardonnay

Try to imagine a wine which has the sharpness and depth of aroma of a white wine but the structure of a red wine. This is the Ca’del Bosco Chardonnay. It has a deep golden yellow color and a complex fragrance with elements of ripe fruit, vanilla and toast.
In the mouth, it has a rich structure, finesse and great smoothness.
First made in 1983, in order to challenge the other international wines obtained from the chardonnay grape, it is now considered a precise reference for this varietal.
It not only goes well with all fish-based dishes but also, surprisingly, with many light meat dishes.
