Bright medium straw in colour this wine has a delightfully aromatic fruity nose with some initial apricot complexed by melon and peach aromas. On the palate the combination of the different winemaking techniques shows through. Luscious stone fruit characters blend perfectly with the riper tropical flavours and linger long after the wine is gone. There is a delicate oak influence with some complex biscuit/cashew nut characters on the balanced clean finish. Angove’s Nine Vines Viognier is perfect for today’s relaxed lifestyle and is the ideal accompaniment to grilled prawns with chilli and garlic or roast pork.
