Harvested from vineyards in Andes, about 1100 metres above sea level and fermented in stainless steel to preserved its exotic and spicy aromas and crisp acidity. It claims to be fabulous for Asian cuisines. Accorcing to Wikipedia, the Voignier is an ancient grapes brought to the Rhone by the early Romans. Because of its proneness to powdry mildew, it is therefore very difficult to grow. |
