Moore’s Creek Sparkling Brut is made from predominantly Semillon grapes grown in the Hunter Valley. A blend of both young and old vintages ensures consistency in both quality and style in this wine. This wine was fined with a natural milk product traditionally used by Tyrrell’s and minor traces may remain.
