Originally from Bordeaux, France, this variety is used to produce wines that, when aged in oak, reach great levels of flavor and aromatic complexity. Fruit notes -particularly tropical- combine with vanilla traces and a toasted feeling derived from the wood.

Aging30% fermented and aged in French oak barrels, 70% aged in stainless steel tanks during 6 to 8 months
ColourPale yellow, limpid and bright.
AromaVery expressive nose; fresh and fruit-forward with delicate vanilla, dry fruits, hazelnuts and toasted notes for enhanced complexity.
PalateRich fruit intensity intertwining with wooded tones. Good acidity, fresh, balanced and elegant; ends on a long and sweet finale.
Food PairingGreat with fish, seafood and creamy pasta dishes.
