The Good Doctor Pinot Noir has a bouquet that is youthful yet complex with spicy, fragrant aromas of ripe berries, cherries, and hints of dried herbs and sweet oak.  On the palate the wine displays a core of sweet fruit surrounded by dry tannins from fruit and oak; the whole package is underpinned by gentle yet tight acidity.  Matches well with crispy duck with spicy plum sauce.  Drink now till 2012.
