Characteristics : Frizzante sweet red wine      
Grape Varieties : 85% Lambrusco Grasparossa, 15% Lambruschi Fortana and Malbo gentile      
Vinification : Red maceration of the stripped grapes      
Fermentation : On the skins at a temperature of 22 - 25°C for 5 - 7 days      
Mousse process : With selected yeasts, Lambrusco Grasparossa must and Lambrusco Grasparossa base wine      
Mousse : Lively and vanishing      
Appearence : Ruby red with purple edges      
Bouquet : Distinctly heady and intensively perfumed      
Perlage : Fine and threadlike      
Flavor : Sweet, fresh bodied, full-flavoured and harmonious.
