Ca'del Bosco Rose Millesimato DOCG
Italy It is an atypical Franciacorta since it could be defined as having a “winey” taste. It was created in 1979 in order to meet the requirements of those who love drinking Franciacorta with their meal. The Ca’del Bosco Rosé is able to blend the characteristics of a thoroughbred sparkling with fine, subtle and very elegant perlage, with that touch of wininess, typical of red wine. This gives it better structure and a delicate fragrance of red fruits. It is able to hold its own in combination with a large number of dishes, even meat. Tasting Notes |
